In reply to Earpula pragathi. I am continuously getting harrasment calls from a female. Who pretends to call from SBI when i denied to response she started calling me back to back from different numbers and abusing me I have blocked all her numbers but still continuing to call me and using slangs. These are the numbers kindly take strict action against these frauds. 1st number she called +91 83739 81587 2ns number +917838207824 3rd number +919643542171 4th number +919643542171 and many more

The recovery agencies hired by the banks are using computer generated automated robo call system either under the influence of the bank or with the banks knowledge or not. This system means that in addition to the internet system, in the auto dial robo calling software on the computer, enter the mobile number of any borrower, set any location and it will start calling automatically once per minute. Its purpose is to mentally harass the man. In the event that he takes any credit card, personal loan, etc. from any bank and fails to pay due to any reason, by giving him mental harassment and extorting the money forcefully, by calling him continuously if he does not pay by chance, inducing him to commit suicide. Due to this, the borrower gets calls like once a minute and his mental peace is destroyed and he cannot stop it and commits suicide. So this robo call system is implemented by the US government in California. The first political robocalls were launched in January 1983, when business owner Tony Innocentes used his telemarketing machine from his collection agency business to announce his candidacy for California’s 57th Assembly District. And Robocalls: As part of Humanity Strikes Back, the FTC is asking competitors to create a technological solution for consumers that can identify unwanted robocalls received on landlines or mobile phones and block and forward those calls. A robocall is a phone call that uses a computerized autodialer, associated with telemarketing phone campaigns, that use auto-dialing software. Debt collection
In 2015, government debt collection was exempted from the 1991 robocall restrictions; However, the Supreme Court upheld this exception on July 6, 2020 in Barr v. Invalidated in American Assn. of Political Consultants, Inc. (19-631) . The Court decided that favoring “debt collection speech over political and other speech” violated the First Amendment.
So please let me know what legal action borrowers can take for the above problem and what action you are taking against banks and authorized recovery agencies who are doing such activities.

Today I recive phone call from +91 96501 41879 he asked my for my little sister & then say to me giver her to phone i wanna talk with her but she also don’t know this person im asking his who are you he replyed with me bad languages in a very bad way he was disturbing me totally , i feel soo low He gave me mental illness , this person insult my modesty over a phone call .my sister & me are studying its effects us !!

Since 2019 March till 31st March 2022 – i am being harrased daily by phone calls by HDFC Bank – daily minimum 5 calls – regarding loan, overdraft, personal loan, credit card => I block every number daily after such calls – the calls are coming in different languages, say telugu, hindi, engilsh,, tamil etc., I can undrestand the engilish word of loan, credit card , hdfc bank these key word is enough for me to block. Dont they (HDFC) have sense to torture everyone like this. I purposefully asked loan to the nearest bank branch with all documents and proof additional mortagege documents but , i was not given any loan so far. . but how will they give loan over phone. How to stop this harrasing phone calls especially from HDFC & Bajaj Finance, (good thgat ICICI is not calling they stopped after 1 year)
