THEME FOR CONTRIBUTION

The theme for the contribution must be pertaining to Contemporary Legal Issues.

The submission will be on rolling basis, and all submissions must be mailed to lex.fortii@gmail.com, with the subject, “Guest Post”

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. All contributions must be between 1000-3000 words in length. The title of the article must not exceed 10 words.
  2. The contributions must be produced in the English language only.
  3. All contributions must accompany a summary, depicting the essence of the article, along with necessary keywords. [not exceeding 20 words]. Example: This article describes the five most important clauses in the Franchise Agreement; one should consider while drafting the same.
  4. All Contributions must conform to standard guidelines:
    • Font: Garamond
    • Size: 12
    • Line Spacing: 1.5
    • Alignment: Justified
    • No borders
  5. The references must be in the form of hyperlinks. Hyperlinks should be provided to all supporting materials and legal texts for the benefit of the readers.
  6. The contributions must have headings and subheadings for better readability of our viewers.
  7. For Indian statutory materials and case laws, contributors may provide a hyperlink to the website of the relevant websites namely, https://indiankanoon.org/, http://www.bareactslive.com/, https://www.indiacode.nic.in/, etc.
  8. All contributions must be submitted along with four to five relevant keywords, which must be used throughout the body of the article.
  9. The content of the articles should be original and no plagiarized material should be sent for publication.
  10. The author should send a piece of brief information about oneself, along with his/her recent professional photograph in good quality having high resolution with the article in the JPEG format, and Linked-in id (if available); in the mail only.
  11. The copyright of the published articles shall vest with the LexForti
  12. The right of publication or rejection of the article shall vest in the editorial board and it would depend entirely on its standard and relevance. The editorial board reserves the right to amend the article to suit the requirement of the journal or website.
