The matter had been <a href=\"https:\/\/lexforti.com\/legal-news\/is-post-convictional-mental-illness-a-mitigating-factor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">posted today wherein the bench had been informed that convict&#8217;s<\/a> health condition is as stable as to be kept in prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bench further stated that the convict is an accused for heinous offences and had been sentenced to <a href=\"https:\/\/lexforti.com\/legal-news\/illegal-detention-punishable-with-life-imprisonment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">life imprisonment<\/a> for the &#8220;remainder of his life.&#8221; The facts of the case date back to 1984 when five Sikhs had been murdered and gurudwara had been burnt down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bench remarked that the case at hand is not a small one and thus <a href=\"https:\/\/lexforti.com\/legal-news\/gravity-of-criminal-offence-alone-cannot-be-decisive-ground-to-deny-bail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">denied the bail<\/a>.
