Light Up is one of the first few social ventures that focuses on harnessing the emotional intelligence (EI) of children, parents and, teachers by developing their social and emotional competencies, and providing them with tools necessary to form a cohesive, collaborative, non-violent, and caring community. They are also imparting social and emotional skills that will contribute to a better adjusted child-parent-teacher microcosm and facilitates higher academic achievements. Unbottle Emotions hosts workshops that are experiential in nature and all about addressing one\u2019s emotional health. Unbottle Emotions focuses on advocacy and awareness of practicing Emotional Intelligence in one\u2019s daily lives that enables one to experience emotional freedom.<\/li><li><strong>Ms. Anindita Anand<\/strong>: She is a child psychologist and a personal growth coach, an NLP practitioner and also a mental health facilitator.<\/li><li><strong>Mr. Amandeep Sandhu<\/strong>: He is a Punjabi writer who writes in English. His second novel&nbsp;Roll of Honourwas nominated for Hindu Literary Prize for Best Fiction in 2013. He did a Masters in English Literature from the University of Hyderabad.&nbsp;He then did a Diploma in Journalism from Asian School of Journalism. In 2013, he joined&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Akademie_Schloss_Solitude\">Akademie Schloss Solitude<\/a>, Stuttgart, Germany. Sepia Leaves&nbsp;is a semi-autobiographical novel which talks expressly about mental illnesses and how they have a deep impact on every person with a special mention to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Schizophrenia\">schizophrenia<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Prof. Amita Dhanda: <\/strong>She&nbsp;is an Indian author, academician and activist. She is a Professor of Law, at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nalsar_University_of_Law\">NALSAR University of Law<\/a>, Hyderabad. She was appointed as a member of the strong 14- Member&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Advisory_Council\">National Advisory Council<\/a>&nbsp;for the implementation of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RTE_act\">RTE Act<\/a>&nbsp;in 2010.&nbsp;She has contributed to the research of Mental Health and disability studies in India and is the head of the Centre for Disability Studies in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nalsar_University_of_Law\">NALSAR<\/a>.&nbsp;She has authored three books and is also a guest writer for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kafila.online\/\"><em>Kafila<\/em><\/a>, along with few other online news magazines and National dailies.
