P. Sharma &amp; Associates in collaboration with Glocal Law School, Saharanpur. The founder of the event recognised the need of a virtual platform at this time of the pandemic, where law students can be a part of a virtual moot where they will draft, plead and also follow courtroom mannerism. This will help the mooters to polish their advocacy skill.<br>The aim of the event is to enable law students from all across India to participate and showcase their majesty over law and legal principles over a virtual platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">It\u2019s time to get your SCC\/Manupatra access out, and your game faces on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\"><strong>Last date of Registration:<\/strong> 18th July 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\"><strong>Last date of Memorial Submission:<\/strong> 2nd August 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\"><strong>Date of Competition:<\/strong> 8th &#8211; 9th August, 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\"><strong>THEME OF COMPETITION<br><\/strong>The Moot Proposition of the competition will be based majorly on Constitutional and Criminal<br>Laws. The proposition for the competition would be released on 30th June, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\"><strong><u>TEAM COMPOSITION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>Team Comprising of 2 students shall be presenting as Speakers.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">(They can be from different colleges)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>Permission form the college is not required to participate for the same.<\/li><li>There is no bar in number of teams from a single college.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\"><strong><u>MODE OF ONLINE ROUND<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>The rounds will be conducted via Google meet. All teams are requested to download the app beforehand on their devices.
