Neetu Harsh & Anr.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Case Brief- <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Respondent in the current case is suffering from 80% of visual impairment, she accidentally while filling form selected \u2018general\u2019 instead of \u2018PWD Category\u2019. For the same post respondent had filled the form in the year 2013 under \u2018PWD Category\u2019, for which appellant allowed her to appear the exam.
