National Highway Authority of India., W.P.(C) 4237\/2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Matter:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Petitioner filed writ of Mandamus, to direct NHAI to provide facilities like Petrol Pumps, Toilet Complex, ambulance and emergency facilities, Eateries, Police Patrolling etc. on Kundli-Manesar-Pawal (KMP) and Kundli-Ghaziabad-Pawal Expressway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Held:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>It is impossible to achieve the said request overnight, but NHAI shall ensure the availability of the facilities as mentioned in this writ petition on the aforesaid expressways as early as possible.
