The conference is being organized to invite\nparticipants and experts in this field with their papers on various sub-themes,\nsuch as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Business and compliance with\nLabour Rights and Standards.<\/li><li>Human Rights Due Diligence. &#8211;\nHuman Rights Impact Assessments of Free Trade and Investments Agreements.<\/li><li>Corporate Activism and Human\nRights. <\/li><li>Sexual Harassment, Gender\nDiscrimination at workplace.<\/li><li>Business\nand Environment Laws. <\/li><li>Business,\nHuman Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility.<\/li><li>Access\nto Justice for Human Rights Violations by Multi-national Corporations. <\/li><li>National\nAction Plans to implement UNGPs: Potential Pathways in India.<\/li><li>Challenges\nand opportunities on UNGPs implementation in the regions of Asia. &#8211; Business\nand Extra-Territorial Responsibilities<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Researchers can choose any other sub-theme\nin consonance with the major theme of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Call_for_Papers_and_Participation\"><\/span><strong>Call\nfor Papers and Participation:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Research papers are invited from\nacademicians, legal practitioners, research scholars, and students from all\ndisciples.
