Petitioner<\/strong> pleaded that the actions of the Media in sensationalizing Sushant Singh Rajput\u201fs death is not only adversely impacting the ongoing investigation by the CBI, but is also in the teeth of the \u201cdoctrine of postponement\u201d propounded by a Constitution Bench of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Sahara India Real Estate Corpn. Ltd. v. SEBI, (2012) 10 SCC 603.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/amp-fit-text>\n\n\n\n
