Police arrested this couple and this couple had two kids at that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the time of their arrest, son and daughter were 5 and 3 year old respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the matter reached to its final <a href=\"https:\/\/lexforti.com\/legal-news\/there-shall-be-finality-to-the-findings-and-sentence-of-court-martial-subject-to-their-being-confirmed-and-not-annulled\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conclusion<\/a> in the Additional District and Session Court, it was almost 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Court was shocked and came down heavily on the <a href=\"https:\/\/lexforti.com\/legal-news\/if-the-local-police-have-done-prudent-investigation-then-the-supreme-court-cannot-exercise-its-power-so-as-to-make-same-investigation-once-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Police<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The couple was released immediately afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Court ordered the SSP to take coercive action against the Investigation Officer for his negligence. Afterward the Court directed the Police for further re-investigation, to nab the real culprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The victim (husband) was a Teacher.
