This Criminal Proceeding was regarding the &#8216;Contempt of Court&#8217; for his tweet, that he made earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Kunal Kamra submitted an affidavit, for which, Petitioner sought an adjournment, to respond it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This request was allowed by the Bench and matter got adjourned for two weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, Kamra tweeted several tweets regarding the inability of the Supreme Court and in one tweet, the respondent even represented the Supreme Court in orange color. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December, the Supreme Court issued a notice to the Kunal Kamra in response to various petitions, that were filed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamra today, submitted an affidavit, whereby he defended his actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read more about it <a href=\"https:\/\/lexforti.com\/legal-news\/kunal-kamra-tweets-contempt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court adjourned the Criminal proceeding against Kunal Karma.
