The accused lawyer Adv. Vimal Jha has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping one of his clients Mr Navnath Gole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His client is a business man for whom the accused secured a bail in his favour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr Gole was arrested because of a business related transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr Gole’s wife hired the accused to secure bail for her husband. The accused claimed that his fees is Rs. 70 Lakhs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to FIR, the accused started to demand Rs. 3 Crores as his fee for the bail that he secured. He threatened that, he would reverse the bail, if not paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr Gole refused the demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LATER ON, ON APRIL 2, 2021, ACCUSED KIDNAPPED HIS CLIENT MR. GOLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Allegedely he was beaten in an unknown location by unknown men. Later on, accused left Gole at Nashik with his men.
