1st MIT-WPU National Virtual Moot Court Competition [8th-9th August]

MIT – WPU is proud to announce its 1st Virtual National Moot Court Competition for aspiring law students – undergraduate and postgraduate. Participants will get the opportunity to argue before expert practitioners and academicians, including eminent judges

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

ELIGIBILITY

• The competition is open for students pursuing three- or five-year Law degree courses
from any recognized University/College across India.
• A recognized College/Institution/University shall be entitled to send only one Team to
the Competition.

TEAM COMPOSITION

• Each Team shall comprise of only two members and both the members shall be
designated as Speakers.
• Each team shall be provided with a team code by the organizing committee which shall
be mandatorily mentioned on the top right corner of the front page of the memorials.

REGISTRATION
• Teams must register by 14th July 2020 through the following online Google Form:

(Kindly read all the instructions before registering)
• The Registration Fee for this competition is Rupees one thousand only (1000/-) per team.

  • The Registration Fee must be paid by all the teams and the copy of such transaction must be uploaded with the Google form. The section for the same has been created in the forms.
  • The last date for the payment is 14th July 2020
  • The acknowledgement shall be sent to participants by 16th July 2020.
  • Team Codes shall be allotted to all the registered teams by 16th June 2020.

• Certificate of participation shall be awarded to all the participants irrespective of whether they are in top 20.
• Certificate of Merit shall be awarded to the Winners, Runners-up, Best Advocate

• Runners-up Award: Rs. 3,000
• Best Advocate: Rs. 2,000
• Best Memorial: Rs. 2,000
