Publication Ethics and Malpractice statement

By submitting a manuscript to LexForti, the author(s) warrant that the manuscript is their own, original work and that it has neither been published previously nor is currently being considered for publication elsewhere.

They also warrant that any content in the manuscript which is not of the authors own concise but is from external sources has been cited or quoted properly. Plagiarism is an unwarranted practice and goes against our principles.

While submitting the manuscript, the author will need to affirm the terms and conditions put forth in the Google Form. The author shares the copyright with the institution after submitting the manuscript.

We outrightly reject any plagiarized manuscript. All manuscripts submitted to us are subjected to a Turnitin check. The author must understand the difference between citing and blatant plagiarizing.

If any plagiarism issue arises after the publication of the manuscript, then LexForti will take down such a manuscript. No refund will be issued.
