A couple spent 5 years in Jail for no reasons. Lost their kids | Who to blame?

It is unfortunate that innocent people have spent five years behind bars and the main accused is still free.

Additional District and Session Court

A couple had been arrested by the Police (Husband: 40 Yrs and Wife 30 Yrs) on doubt of a murder of a 5-year-old boy.

This incident is from Agra. Police arrested this couple and this couple had two kids at that time.

During the time of their arrest, son and daughter were 5 and 3 year old respectively.

When the matter reached to its final conclusion in the Additional District and Session Court, it was almost 5 years.

Court was shocked and came down heavily on the Police.

The couple was released immediately afterwards.

Court ordered the SSP to take coercive action against the Investigation Officer for his negligence. Afterward the Court directed the Police for further re-investigation, to nab the real culprit.

The victim (husband) was a Teacher. He was frustrated and asked,

What was the Fault of their children?

It is pertinent to note that, they lost their kids as they were sent into some unknown orphanage afterwards.

The lawyer on the behalf of the victim told that, Police arrested the wrong person due to the pressure from public uproar.
