Mohit Saraf’s position from the L&L partners was terminated earlier; for which he moved to the High Court seeking an injunction.
Today the Delhi High Court stayed the termination from L&L Partners until the completion of the Arbitration Proceeding between the conflicting parties.
Earlier Court suggested the party to go for mediation. However the same failed and they found their way back to the Court.
Mr Saraf earlier contended that, his removal from the firm was malicious. No prior notice was given (90 days) before terminating him.
In the other hand, Mr Luthra has alleged that, Mr Saraf has been indulging in leaking confidential information of the firm to the third parties. Therefore, he opposed the plea of Mr Saraf.

Background:
On 24th September 2020, while on Zoom Video Conferencing; both of the partners started to put the cross allegations against each other.
Later on, Mr Luthra, terminated Mr Saraf from his position, citing various allegations as stated above.
