An advocate kidnapped his client when the client refused to give him his legal fees

The accused lawyer Adv. Vimal Jha has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping one of his clients Mr Navnath Gole.

His client is a business man for whom the accused secured a bail in his favour.

Mr Gole was arrested because of a business related transaction.

Mr Gole’s wife hired the accused to secure bail for her husband. The accused claimed that his fees is Rs. 70 Lakhs.

According to FIR, the accused started to demand Rs. 3 Crores as his fee for the bail that he secured. He threatened that, he would reverse the bail, if not paid.

Mr Gole refused the demands.

LATER ON, ON APRIL 2, 2021, ACCUSED KIDNAPPED HIS CLIENT MR. GOLE

Allegedely he was beaten in an unknown location by unknown men. Later on, accused left Gole at Nashik with his men. Where Mr Gola soon approached the Police Station to loge this clomplaint.

Accused is now arrested.
