Today the Hon’ble Supreme Court adjourned the Criminal proceeding against Kunal Karma. This Criminal Proceeding was regarding the ‘Contempt of Court’ for his tweet, that he made earlier.
Today, Kunal Kamra submitted an affidavit, for which, Petitioner sought an adjournment, to respond it.
This request was allowed by the Bench and matter got adjourned for two weeks.
Earlier, Kamra tweeted several tweets regarding the inability of the Supreme Court and in one tweet, the respondent even represented the Supreme Court in orange color.
On December, the Supreme Court issued a notice to the Kunal Kamra in response to various petitions, that were filed.
Kamra today, submitted an affidavit, whereby he defended his actions.
