Sonu Sood went to Supreme Court against the decision of the Bombay HC. Bombay HC denied any relief to the Actor against the alleged illegal construction at his residential place. His residential place is in Juhu area.

Background:
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in October 2020 issued a notice. Petitioner Sonu Sood sought 10 weeks to comply with the same before the High Court.
Moreover, he also sought High Court direction to the BMC to not to demolish the property.
However, the Hon’ble High Court rejected the plea.
BMC suggests that the actor has converted his property from residential one to a hotel property without any permission.
For the same, BMC filed FIR against the actor in Juhu Police Station.
However, Police is yet to file the FIR.
